Blue Icing is a little catering company. We love to cater both medium and small events, everything from a peppa pig party to a fancy high tea.
We use 100% natural ingredients, organic if available. We're always improving what we do, not content to rest on our laurals. Recipes are tweaked and carefully tested, new verus old, by our tasters. They don't mince their words. They are not easily pleased. If the the original was better, we stick rather than twist.
Foods are fresh, just in time. Our aim is always you should taste our food at its crumbliest, fluffiest, rich and moist best. Breads are baked on the same day where feasible, sandwiches made same day too. We think you'll appreciate the extra effort.
How flexible are we? Well aside from an extensive range of cookies, cakes, sandwiches and assorted finger foods, we'll handle your special requirements and plan these carefully with you. Special occasion cakes, your favourite recipes, shoot for the stars - we'll always try hard to make your event memorable.
How will we ensure your requirements are met? First, we'll discuss the options with you, and give you time to think. We'll suggest options as you move towards your choices. When you're there, we'll summarise these for you to agree content, timing and everything to make the event special. Then of course we'll deliver as agreed.
